Where can I find the latest travel advice?

Travel requirements change frequently, so please make sure you check any advice or requirements by the UK Foreign Office. We would also recommend that you double check on the tourist section of the relevant government website where you’ll be travelling.

Where can I find my travel documents?

Once you’ve booked a trip you’ll receive your app booking confirmation and email immediately. The invoice for all travel services will be emailed you within 3-5 working days. We’ll email you again with your final travel documents a week before you fly (wahoo!). If you cannot find your travel documents or have any queries about them, please get in touch by emailing: [email protected] or give us a ring on: +44 2045715186 and we’ll resend them.

What happens if my trip is cancelled due to COVID?

Don’t worry, if your trip has been cancelled due to COVID, we can rearrange some new dates for you. All you need to do is email us at: [email protected] quoting your booking reference and we can sort out rescheduling your trip for another time. We can also issue a refund credit note which you can redeem at a later date. This refund credit note is fully financially protected by our travel providers.

What financial protection does my booking come with?

We’ve got you covered. If you have booked flights and hotels with us in a single booking, our travel partner has full legal ATOL protection in place. If your holiday provider ceases trading while you are on holiday, the scheme will provide support to minimise disruption to your holiday. If the business collapses before you travel, the scheme will provide a refund or replacement holiday. You can read more about ATOL protection here: https://www.caa.co.uk/atol-protection/consumers/about-atol/ If you have just booked a hotel or a flight and paid by credit card, most credit card providers protect your booking in the event that it is cancelled or your supplier fails. We would always recommend you take out travel insurance with a reputable travel insurance company.

I need to make a change to my booking, how do I do this?

We can help you make changes including: amending the dates, destination, board, rooms, hotels or passenger names. The lead passenger will just need to get in touch by emailing: [email protected] or give us a ring on: +44 2045715186. Please bear in mind there may be amendment charges and fees, charged by our travel providers. Annoying we know, but it’s out of our hands, sorry! Orbzii does not charge amendment fees.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What do I do?

That’s annoying, sorry about that. Pop us an email at: [email protected] or call us on +44 2045715186and we’ll resend them to you. It’s also worth checking your junk mail and spam folders just in case.

How do I make a booking?

All bookings are made on the Orbzii app. Why not start in the Dream section for some inspiration, and the world is your oyster from there. If you have any questions about making a booking, feel free to email us at: [email protected] or give us  a ring on: +44 2045715186.

How do I cancel a booking?

How can I change my seat reservation?

To add or change a seat, please email us at: [email protected] or give us a ring on: +44 2045715186 Please note that most airlines charge for seat allocation or to change seats. Annoying we know,  but it’s out of our hands, sorry! Orbzii does not charge any fees for changing or amending a booking.
